Hi, I’m Ross, but most people know me as Loca. I’m a 23-year-old digital creative from Cebu, Philippines, currently based in the beautiful island of Bohol.

Creativity has always been at the center of my journey. I started my first small business in grade school, selling customized prints to classmates. What began as a simple idea eventually grew into an international online business, creating personalized gifts for couples—especially for those in long-distance relationships. Over the years, my brand built a global audience, including 27,000+ followers on TikTok and customers from different parts of the world.

Today, through Create With Loca, I help businesses bring their ideas to life through branding, website design, digital strategy, and creative storytelling. My goal is simple: to help brands build a strong presence and connect meaningfully with their audience.

Travel has also shaped my creativity. Growing up, my family and I loved exploring different places across the Philippines and abroad, often revisiting destinations more than once because every trip offered new stories and inspiration. I’ve traveled across Vietnam (from north to south), Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Macau, and explored many Philippine destinations including Boracay, Siargao, Moalboal, Malapascua, Bantayan Island, Bohol, Cabilao Island, and Siquijor.

Outside of work, I’m also a certified scuba diver, and I enjoy discovering new places, cultures, and experiences—both above and below the ocean.

My journey hasn’t followed a traditional path. Choosing to step away from college allowed me to focus on mental health, personal growth, and building my business, which ultimately shaped the creative career I have today.
