A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Ross (aka Loca), a 23-year-old digital creative from Cebu, Philippines, currently based in Bohol. I started creating and selling custom prints back in grade school, which later grew into an international online business with a global audience of over 27,000 followers, helping hundreds of people worldwide.

Today, I run Create With Loca, where I help businesses with branding, website design, digital strategy, and creative storytelling. Travel and exploration have greatly shaped my work, having visited various destinations across Asia and the Philippines. I’m also a certified scuba diver who enjoys discovering new perspectives both above and below the sea.

My path hasn’t been traditional—I stepped away from college to focus on mental health and building my creative career, which led me here.

At the core of everything I do is this belief: creativity turns ideas into meaningful experiences.
