What is the difference between Content Creation and Media Production?
Content Creation focuses on strategy and platform-ready materials such as social media posts, captions, branding content, and campaign ideas. It is more about planning and creating engaging digital content that helps your brand stay consistent and relevant online.
Media Production focuses on the actual creation of high-quality visuals such as photo and video shoots. This includes concept development, on-site shooting, directing, and producing polished photo/video assets for your brand or business.
Why do you require a down payment to secure a booking?
A down payment is required as part of our booking policy due to the significant time, effort, and resources invested in every project prior to the actual shoot or content delivery. Upon confirmation of a booking, our team immediately begins comprehensive pre-production work, which may include research, content strategy development, concept ideation, social media audits, shot list preparation, scheduling, and other essential planning processes to ensure a smooth and professional execution.
We uphold strict standards in meeting deadlines and honoring all project commitments, and we consistently strive to deliver every output within the agreed timeline. However, we have encountered instances where projects have been delayed, deliverables have been postponed, or agreed terms have not been fully observed by clients, despite substantial work already being completed on our end.
The down payment serves as a mutual commitment between the client and our company. It formally secures the booking, reserves dedicated production time in our schedule, and acknowledges the value of the time, planning, and creative resources allocated to the project. This policy ensures that all projects are managed efficiently, professionally, and with the level of priority and quality each client deserves.
Do you provide raw files?
Raw files are not included by default. However, they can be requested depending on the package and agreement.
How long is the turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the service, but typically ranges from 3–10 days after the shoot or final content approval.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of revisions to ensure the final output aligns with your vision.
Do you accept custom shoots or packages?

Where are your shoots located?
Locations depend on the project. We can shoot on-site, at chosen venues, or agreed locations within Cebu and nearby areas.
