A down payment is required as part of our booking policy due to the significant time, effort, and resources invested in every project prior to the actual shoot or content delivery. Upon confirmation of a booking, our team immediately begins comprehensive pre-production work, which may include research, content strategy development, concept ideation, social media audits, shot list preparation, scheduling, and other essential planning processes to ensure a smooth and professional execution.

We uphold strict standards in meeting deadlines and honoring all project commitments, and we consistently strive to deliver every output within the agreed timeline. However, we have encountered instances where projects have been delayed, deliverables have been postponed, or agreed terms have not been fully observed by clients, despite substantial work already being completed on our end.
